Open call for a 4-year fully funded PhD position

The PhD position is situated within the WASP-HS-funded project Social Interaction with Autonomous Artefacts (PI: Dr. Valentina Fantasia), at LUCS, Department of Philosophy and Cognitive Science, Lund University.

Deadline for applications: 15th October 2023

The doctoral project will investigate the ecological, socio-cultural, and ethical aspects of embodied and situated social interactions between children and social robots, by combining knowledge and skills in psychology, social linguistics, cognitive science, and philosophy. The project is part of the Wallenberg AI, Autonomous Systems and Software Program – Humanities and Society (WASP-HS), financed by the Wallenberg Foundations.
